Brian was born and raised in South Mississippi.
He attended high school at George County High School in rural Lucedale, Mississippi. In 1993, Brian graduated and began work as an industrial pipefitter and married his high school sweet heart.
Brian began community college at night, while working during the day and supporting his family. In 2000, Brian and his family moved to Arizona.
In 2006, Brian obtained his BS in History from Northern Arizona University. To support his family during this time, Brian had a variant career. He was an industrial pipefitter, pest control, and worked on yachts in Florida.
In 2006, he entered law school at The University of Mississippi in Oxford, MS. During law school, Brian worked with the 3rd and 19th District Attorney’s office in Mississippi as an extern and intern.
In 2009, he graduated obtaining his Juris Doctor and was admitted in to the Arizona Bar.
Brian began work at Musgrove, Drutz, and Kack in 2009. There he practiced family law, criminal law, and civil law. Brian’s case load included divorce, child custody, child support, adoptions, DUIs, landlord tenant, and contracts.
During this time, he also worked as the Prosecuting Attorney in Chino Valley. Brian has a diverse back ground in the legal field.
Brian left Musgrove, Drutz, and Kack to open his own firm in early 2013.
